Geechie Garlic Crabs & Seafood

My wife and I visited this establishment for the first time. We were kind of disappointed. This establishment makes it seem like they have dining in , you'll be disappointed. This establishment is charging dining in charges. It cost my wife and I $86 dollars to eat out of Styrofoam, and most of all, food was cold. For that price, I could have gone to another restaurant . My opinion is that the food is okay. Get rid of the little boutique next door and provide some quality food and service. I will say you have the potential, that shop is lost space were you can have nice dinning, especially on Sunday, people get out of church they want to sit down to eat a good meal, just my observation . You get customers, but you also lose customers , that's my opinion. We want to support, but bad experience points us to other directions. Good luck with your endeavors . For that price, I don't think I would recommend this establishment to my friends or family.

Right off of Rivers Avenue in the same parking lot as the restaurant supply store. Not a lot of seating on inside . Maybe three 2 seater tables. While there most people coming in were getting pick up orders. The young lady at the front was, very helpful, pleasant and smiled when we walked in. The place was clean tables wiped down. I ordered the blue crab with shrimp and sides. My friend ordered crab legs what size. we were the only ones on the inside and the wait wasn’t long. We were meeting just to talk so we sat on the inside and ate a little of our food. My friend liked her crab legs and shrimp. Blue crabs overcooked. It is attached to a small boutique clothing store. If I come back, I will try the fried seafood.

I will try not to make this review long but as I stated on another website about this place SIMPLY AMAZING! Our food was hot, fresh, juicy, and well seasoned! My girlfriend is a hard seafood critic being from Louisiana and she even approved (lol). The customer service was just as amazing not being from SC we were unaware of how early things closed so we arrived here at 7:38 which they closed at 8:00 and Ms Courtney allowed us to come in and still place an order ❤️. While we waited she told us other great spots to visit while in SC until our food came out. Let me reiterate we took a bite there and it was GOOD! I had leftovers the next day and the food was still good and juicy! I could go on and on about this place we are just so glad to have found it. Will definitely go back before we leave

Ima just say this I had call them back after I stuffed my face and was so full to tell them I had wanna fight em because the food was so good I meannnnn that fried crab was so good just the right amount of batter on it and the shrimp platter was and is always good I’m a chef and am very picky about my food and normally dissect it with pros and cons before I eat but babyyyy I bit a potato and it was up from there lol nothing to critique just mad I didn’t order more you will get full too so I really didn’t need more just being greedy and love the garlic butter like loveeeee it thank y’all so much y’all have a forever customer I will be back this week😩☺️
